About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Growth Specialist to join our team at ClareMedica Health Partners LLC. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase membership growth and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with senior-focused community-based organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote ClareMedica's services and drive membership growth.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, such as health fairs, information tables, and physician presentations, to educate seniors and their caregivers about ClareMedica's high-touch care model.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with health plan agents, independent insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, and other stakeholders to promote ClareMedica's services and drive membership growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote ClareMedica's services and drive membership growth, including leveraging CRM tools and other marketing materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with inactive members to promote ClareMedica's services and drive membership growth, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high member satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to drive membership growth and revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and experience with CRM tools and marketing materials.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently, often up to several hours per day.
Work Environment

The Membership Growth Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, often traveling to community events and meetings. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
