Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will be the face of EquipmentShare in your territory, responsible for sales strategy execution, customer retention, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience

Requirements

- 2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
