Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales, operations, and profitability of a branch to meet financial and company objectives. This includes managing a sales force to expand market penetration, ensuring timely product delivery, and proper merchandising of Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6 direct reports and indirectly account for staff of up to 58
  • Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth, and market share
  • Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management
  • Develop and grow working/business relationships with major chain customers
  • Provide strong customer management
  • Meet monthly sales targets and income goals
  • Maintain expenses within forecasted levels
  • Set, implement, and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery
  • Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys
  • Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations
  • Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions
  • 2 years previous management and 2 years previous supervisory experience
  • Proven success developing, retaining, and leading a sales organization
  • Valid driver's license
