Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Service Tool Co., LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing our quality brand of products to a variety of established and potential customers within a given geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service existing customer base in assigned territory
  2. Increase volume of route by cold calling, selling to potential new customers
  3. Transmit product orders, inventory and daily sales
  4. Communicate regularly with customers on new products or service offerings, and service issues and complaints
  5. Resolve issues within company guidelines
  6. Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  1. Transportation required
  2. Some overnight travel required
  3. Road Warrior
  4. Experience not necessary, but salesmanship a must
  5. Ability to build solid, lasting relationships with customers
  6. Willingness to make cold calls and sell new accounts
  7. A strong desire to succeed
  8. Good communication skills
  9. Customer Service skills helpful

We offer an attractive compensation plan which includes an existing base plus commission.
