Senior HR Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued success.
About the Role:
The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. This individual will develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a high-performing workforce that drives business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in a fair and consistent manner.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
