Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

At Abbott Laboratories, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will make a significant impact on our data management processes. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our data and developing policies, standards, and applications to maintain data quality.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Develop and maintain data integrity and cybersecurity policy, standards, applications, systems, etc. Work closely with R&D, Equipment Engineering, Quality Engineering, and BTS on risk identification and mitigation activities.
- Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to achieve data management goals, support AV data management project plan, and perform assessment and mitigation with cross-functional teams.
- Audit Support: Provide support to internal and external audits, manage data management audit findings and CAPAs, and continuously improve data management process to align with current and emerging regulatory and customer requirements and best industry practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Life Sciences) plus 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of quality experience required to develop the competence to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures, ability to work on complex problems, form and develop interpersonal relationships, display socially and professionally appropriate behavior, work independently and in groups, prioritize tasks, and have strong organizational and project management skills.
