Senior Event Operations Manager

We are a prestigious event space located in the heart of Temecula Old Town, hosting various events from weddings to quinceaneras.
We seek an experienced shift manager to join our team as a Senior Event Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of our venue during your shift. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the day of their event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service Excellence
- Ensure seamless event setup and execution by setting up tables and chairs according to the client's specifications
- Supervise staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient event management
- Health and Safety Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of end-of-shift operations, closing reports, and sales
- Inventory Management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or customer service management
- Familiarity with Toast POS software is a plus
- Availability to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Fluency in Spanish
- Able to lift 100lb (tables and chairs)
