Workplace: Onsite; open to hybrid work
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
The Human Resource (HR) Analyst role at Inszone Insurance Services involves collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics to inform strategic recommendations. This position will contribute to the overall success of the Human Resources department, participating in functions such as recruiting, operational processes, and onboarding procedures. The selected candidate will balance supporting HR functions and company-wide data and analytics initiatives, with increasing focus on analytics as the company expands.
This exciting opportunity requires a Microsoft Excel expert who can effectively extract insights from data, presenting findings in engaging and clear reports for various stakeholders throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including management surveys, employee feedback, employment records, government statistics, competitors' practices, and more.
- Analyze data trends and patterns, focusing on budget spend, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on data results, presenting findings to leadership and providing actionable recommendations.
- Identify and propose short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to ongoing excellence in Human Resources processes, participating in recruiting, onboarding, and operational procedures within the department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Accounting or similar); Accounting certifications welcome.
