As an SMA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the precise execution of investment directives within SMA frameworks, ensuring that modifications to models are communicated to partner firms promptly and accurately. You will primarily operate independently on various tasks or under the guidance of senior colleagues for more intricate projects, analyses, and assignments. Your position will involve acting as a bridge between our investment division, trading, product management, legal, client services, and multiple operational teams to achieve business objectives and address challenges.

- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You have a background in the asset management sector, with experience in SMA being advantageous.
- You are knowledgeable about securities, trading processes, portfolio management, trade settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and reporting.
- You communicate effectively and concisely, tailoring your message to suit various audiences.
- You maintain composure while navigating challenges and changes.
- You are organized with a keen eye for detail.
- You demonstrate a strong aptitude for technology and have experience with tools such as CRD, Tableau, or Alteryx.
- You are capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and following through systematically.
Salary ranges vary by location, with Southern California offering a base range of $92,423-$147,877 and Hampton Roads ranging from $77,983-$124,773.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, along with Capital's annual profitability bonus and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
*Temporary roles in Canada and the United States are not included in the aforementioned compensation and benefits plans.
