In the role of a Separately Managed Accounts Analyst, you will be tasked with the precise execution of investment directives within SMA frameworks, ensuring that model adjustments are communicated to partner firms efficiently and accurately. You will operate autonomously on the majority of tasks or under the close guidance of senior personnel for more intricate scenarios, projects, analyses, and responsibilities. Acting as a bridge between our investment division, trading, product management, legal, client services, and various operational teams, you will facilitate business objectives and troubleshoot challenges.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
  • Experience in the asset management sector is essential, with a preference for familiarity with SMA.
  • Operational understanding of securities, trading processes, portfolio oversight, trade settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and reporting is necessary.
  • You possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring your message to diverse audiences.
  • Maintaining composure while navigating challenges and changes is crucial.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
  • A demonstrated proficiency in technology, including experience with CRD, Tableau, or Alteryx, is advantageous.
  • You exhibit a strong capability to prioritize tasks and follow through methodically.

Salary ranges vary by location, with Southern California offering a base range of $92,423-$147,877 and Hampton Roads providing a range of $77,983-$124,773.

Alongside a competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, as well as Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital based on your eligible earnings.

*Temporary roles in Canada and the United States are not included in the aforementioned compensation and benefits plans.
