Role Overview: We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Operations Leader to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our corporate strategy, identifying new business avenues, and optimizing our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations and Project Management: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency of our programs and overall business operations.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives and projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence, refine processes, and boost efficiency.
  • Establish regular meeting rhythms and gather feedback through one-on-one sessions, synthesizing insights into actionable improvement opportunities.

Executive Support:

  • Provide strategic assistance to the executive team, including preparing presentations, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing communications with stakeholders.
  • Oversee scheduling, priorities, and commitments to ensure effective time management and alignment with strategic goals.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the company's strategic plan, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer insights.
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management, and executive support, ideally within high-growth startups or related sectors.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • A strong grasp of business operations, process enhancement, and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with C-level stakeholders and leading through influence.
  • An academic background with an MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or in management consulting is a significant advantage.
