We are seeking a highly skilled Data & AI Operations Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic planning support for our Data & AI organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Chief Data & AI Officer and leadership teams to drive program completion and overall success as defined by business objectives or leader's expectations.
- Meeting Preparation and Facilitation: Develop a detailed understanding of each meeting's requirements, including relevant topics, speakers, materials, and expected outcomes. Facilitate effective follow-up by handling detailed note-taking and action item tracking.
- Strategic Advisement: Identify, evaluate, and analyze critical priorities by partnering with teams to collect program information. Make recommendations to the Senior VP of opportunities on specific programs based on individual involvement and observations.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identify and propose solutions regarding obstacles or issues while understanding their financial impact on the business and experience for our customers and/or employees. Find innovative ways and solutions to problems.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a consulting and subject matter expert on enterprise-wide projects by contributing and identifying gaps to drive a better outcome through knowledge and experiences. Act as a conduit of current information and feedback between Senior VP and department leaders.
- Support and Development: Support the Data & AI Operations Sr. Manager with ad hoc asks such as constructing executive-level (SLT) presentations that require breaking down sophisticated information into a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Foster professional growth and mentoring in others through best practice sharing, development, or feedback.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Work Experience: Proven experience in Operations environment. 2-3 years of Business/Strategy consulting
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Business Analysis, Presentations/Storytelling via PowerPoint, Strategic Thinking, Communication, Organizational skills, Advanced skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Excel
We offer a competitive salary range of $84,800 - $152,900, a 15% corporate bonus target, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
