The J.G. Wentworth Company is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Excel, along with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and creditors via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and track settlement offers in Excel, and submit these files to scrub partners for generating settlement letters.
  • Send Authorization to Communicate (ATCs) via email/fax to creditors to enable communication and negotiation of credit cards and unsecured loans on behalf of our clients.
  • Oversee multiple email inboxes for the Negotiations team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Create tasks, update information, and maintain accurate notes within our CRM system.
  • Set up new creditors in Salesforce, mapping them to Creditor Admin and automation systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
