Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Description

Universal Health Services is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Corporate Accounting Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of process-oriented accounting-related work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AP payment and backup verification
  • Manage selection of invoices for electronic payment methods
  • AP Escheat Process
  • AP TIN verification process
  • Serve as a backup to verify and post Accounts Payable imports
  • Serve as a backup for AP Physician Direct Deposit Admin process
Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with McKesson/Allscripts preferred

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
