Landscaping Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Trotter Workforce. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the commercial landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality landscaping services that meet client expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to review services, discuss issues, and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service in the landscaping industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
- Combination of office work and field visits to client sites.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet client needs.
- Physical requirements include walking, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
