Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Contract Lifecycle Specialist to manage contracts across our organization, ensuring compliance with federal and company contracting policies and procedures. As a key member of our team, you'll have both an internal and external focus across all contracts functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from award to closeout, for government prime contracts and subcontracts.
  • Collaborate with project leads/program managers, contracting officers, and contracting officer's representatives, including subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, to provide daily ongoing support.
  • Ensure procurement files for prime contracts and subcontracts are detailed and audit ready.
  • Review billings for compliance before submission for payment and review subcontractor billings for accuracy and compliance as part of the approval process.
  • Prepare monthly internal and external reports such as backlog reports.
  • Draft letters and memoranda as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• 4 years of corporate contracts department experience administering Government contracts and requirements, including standard concepts, rules, regulations, and practices.
  • Experience, proficiency, and application of the FAR to government contracts and subcontracts.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience using Deltek Costpoint ERP system and the modules associated with the duties listed.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience.
