About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, building relationships with senior government officials, and leading high-value contract pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead high-value contract pursuits and negotiate agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Manage budgets and resources to meet financial objectives.

Requirements:
  • Masters's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the federal government sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating business strategy into actionable initiatives.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:$140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
