Position Overview

The Client Services Manager is a vital role within Wasserman's Experiential Team, responsible for the effective execution of projects from inception to completion. This position will support the project team to ensure that all client deliverables and project milestones are achieved on schedule, within budget, and meet the quality standards expected by Wasserman and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee various aspects of large-scale projects to facilitate the daily management of accounts and initiatives.
  • Maintain positive working relationships across departments and with other members of the Wasserman Experience team.
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows as necessary to ensure Wasserman consistently delivers top-tier programs and expands its offerings for leading clients.
  • Adhere to all project processes and procedures to uphold quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues creatively throughout project lifecycles.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive team environment that aligns with Wasserman's culture and values.
  • Comprehend the landscape of each client's industry and the media context surrounding their investments.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with clients, suppliers, and third parties throughout project durations.
  • Create status reports, project milestone documents, and enforce deliverable timelines critical to the program's success.
  • Ensure projects are accurately budgeted and meet financial objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets exceeding $200K.
  • Collaborate with all Wasserman account teams to guarantee seamless project delivery aligned with client objectives and agreed budgets.
  • Manage various project elements from planning through execution and post-event analysis.
  • Assist in the strategic development of activation concepts that fulfill client requests, showcasing critical thinking and innovative solutions.
  • Lead the execution of smaller-scale projects with support from an account team and oversight from an account director.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of experience in client event management and execution, preferably within an experiential agency.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and developing solutions as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate with others to meet deadlines proactively.
  • Focused and determined with a desire to contribute to company growth.
  • Capable of addressing minor issues while recognizing when to escalate matters.
  • Open-minded approach, allowing for thorough exploration of all ideas and concepts.
  • Comfortable working as an integral part of a team.
Compensation:

Base salary range: $60,760-$75,000 (plus bonus potential). Actual base salary is influenced by various factors including market dynamics, location, experience, specialized skills, level of responsibility, and tenure. The salary range provided is one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each hire.
