Role Overview:
As a key member of our Test & Flight Operations team, you will provide essential support across various business units, focusing on the design, construction, and upkeep of ground systems, testing, and launch facilities.

Your Contributions:
In this role, you will engage with a diverse team of engineers and technicians, contributing to the testing and operation of Avionics Guidance Navigation Controls (GNC) software/hardware systems, including IMUs, navigation sensors, controls, and GPS, as well as Main Flight Computing hardware/software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned vehicle systems from receipt at the launch site through to launch and landing.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules, budgets, and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams to establish operational requirements and promote design-for-operations principles.
- Author detailed procedures and develop test equipment as a test conductor to facilitate integrated flight systems testing.
- Lead your team effectively, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
- Prepare launch vehicles and associated ground systems for successful launches, including developing ground software requirements and writing sequencer code.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Over 5 years of industry experience in Avionics GNC design, testing, integration, or operations.
- Proven experience in field operations, coordinating with both hourly and salaried personnel.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated tests or operating launch vehicles.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real-time operations within high-stakes environments.
- Extensive knowledge of HWIL/SWIL/Simulations Testing.

Programming Proficiency:
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Qt, Simulink, MATLAB, and Python.
