Role Overview:
As a key member of our innovative team, you will have a direct influence on the future of space exploration. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail to ensure reliable and repeatable spaceflight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily execution of both scheduled and unscheduled integration tasks to meet operational performance standards and metrics.
- Lead a team of manufacturing engineers, ensuring effective command and control over production processes.
- Ensure that adequately trained and qualified personnel are available for all integration activities.
- Promote a culture prioritizing safety and compliance.
- Engage in production system self-audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain high levels of operational engagement and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Over 10 years of direct experience in manufacturing and manufacturing engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years in a technical management or supervisory role within aerospace or related fields.
- Proven experience with avionics, structures, and powerplant systems.
- Strong project management, scheduling, and planning skills.

Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience in developing and updating operational procedures.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in business and engineering software.
