Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, with a strong track record of success
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
* Expertise in menu planning, food cost control, and high-quality food preparation
* In-depth knowledge of current food trends and guest preferences
* Strong understanding of food safety and quality regulations
