As a Guest Services Coordinator at Sollis Health, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our esteemed members and patients during their critical moments, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression as you assist them in arranging their medical appointments. Your role will involve managing our communication channels and addressing member inquiries promptly, showcasing your adaptability while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our distinguished clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming patient inquiries via phone calls, text messages, patient portal communications, and emails, adhering to departmental standards and providing precise information.
  • Efficiently manage tasks within Sollis' task management system, Navigator, ensuring thorough completion of each assignment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of regional specifics such as service hours and available on-site services to better assist members and direct their requests appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments according to the patient's preferred times and locations, accommodating their needs within company guidelines.
  • Stay informed about Sollis' marketing initiatives, service offerings, and updates to enhance the member experience.
  • Act as a liaison across various departments, including Care Navigation, Operations, Medical, Revenue, and Billing.
  • Gather patient demographic and appointment details, entering them into our CRM and EHR systems.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while interacting with members.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures to deliver a superior patient experience.
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed when working on-site in a Sollis clinic.
  • Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:

We believe exceptional individuals come from diverse backgrounds, but ideally, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, medical office, concierge, or a related field.
  • A strong administrative background, particularly in managing customer interactions over the phone.
  • Proficiency in database management and systems.
