Position Overview:
The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests during their arrival, stay, and departure. This position is essential in maximizing room revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Adhere to all cash handling and credit policies to ensure secure transactions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current rates, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Familiarize yourself with in-house groups and special events.
  • Process check-ins and checkouts efficiently and with a friendly demeanor.
  • Utilize effective communication skills when interacting with guests and team members.
  • Operate the Front Desk computer system proficiently to manage reservations and guest information.
  • Complete daily shift tasks and ensure a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist guests with safe deposit box access and other requests.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
$23.00/hr.
