Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will spearhead our expanding marketing division, crafting and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Your leadership will guide a talented team of marketing professionals, focusing on brand development, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth.

With a solid background in marketing leadership, you have successfully led high-performing teams in dynamic, early-stage environments.

Your experience includes overseeing the design and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including live events, webinars, and digital advertising.

Additionally, you will establish a scalable foundation for our marketing efforts, which encompasses company messaging and brand strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate, communicate, and implement the overarching marketing strategy in alignment with Peregrine's business goals.
  • Enhance brand positioning, differentiation, and equity to boost market share and visibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of marketers to achieve immediate results while laying the groundwork for future success.
  • Leverage data and analytics to derive deep customer insights, refine targeting, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to share their narratives across our paid and owned channels, and work alongside the communications lead to uncover earned media opportunities.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on the sales process, product strategy, and market dynamics essential for elevating Peregrine's presence in key markets.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on inspiring and developing marketing talent.
  • Proven success in managing and executing diverse marketing campaigns across B2B sectors during periods of rapid growth.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and experience in building processes from the ground up.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data and insights for strategic decision-making.

Work Environment
This position allows for a hybrid work model, providing flexibility in your work arrangements.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 annually, plus benefits and potential equity and bonuses. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including skills, experience, and specific work location.
