Regional Sales Director

LaserAway seeks a seasoned business and sales leader to oversee all aspects of in-clinic business from sales performance to daily operations across multiple locations within their region.
This leadership role is responsible for strategizing and working closely with location directors to ensure optimal labor and schedule utilization, while driving top-line performance and in-clinic conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with HR and recruiting teams to hire and coordinate labor within each clinic, ensuring each location has a strong location director who can drive performance.
- Strategize with location directors to match staffing with patient booking demand and drive optimal labor and schedule utilization.
- Utilize data to track and monitor regional sales, same-store sales growth, category sales, treatment statistics, and average ticket size to establish location goals and drive performance.
- Partner with operations and finance to track overtime hours, time and attendance, staff/schedule utilization, inventory management, and 4-wall expenses to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Mentor location directors to drive in-clinic sales and same-store sales growth, spending 5 days a week in-clinic as needed.
- Review and resolve sales discrepancies and perform ongoing training and education for all team members.
- Actively assess the clinical team and schedule training and sign-offs as needed, enforcing LaserAway brand standards across all locations.
