Regional Operations Specialist RCFE

At Oakmont Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Specialist RCFE to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a recognized leader in the senior living industry, managing a portfolio of communities across California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the Community, its residents, its employees, and financial assets.
  • Represent the property in dealing with outside agencies, including governmental agencies, and participate in property surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
  • Promote the property in a positive manner and effectively communicate the organization's values to residents, visitors, team members, and the greater community at large.
  • Coach and direct Community Directors to meet the expectations and requirements of the Company, including financial management, excellent service, and team member relations.
  • Guide and lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in a timely manner and in alignment with Company expectations, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • RCFE Administrator Certificate.
  • Two years of college required.
  • Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
  • Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You've Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred.
