Job Overview

Ascentec Engineering, LLC is seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Recruiter. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about building connections within the community.

Key Responsibilities

The Community Outreach Recruiter will be tasked with:

  • Preparing for and participating in both virtual and in-person recruitment initiatives.
  • Identifying and collaborating with community event organizers to enhance visibility and awareness.
  • Establishing partnerships with community organizations for collaborative efforts.
  • Conducting meetings, presentations, and networking events with schools, educators, and community groups.
  • Implementing grassroots marketing strategies to promote Ascentec Engineering, including creating and distributing promotional materials.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Ascentec Engineering, ensuring a positive representation of the organization.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in public speaking and facilitation, including virtual platforms.
  • Utilizing skills in sales, marketing, and networking to boost interest in Ascentec Engineering.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is desirable.
