Job Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Associate Engagement Centers. This position is dedicated to enhancing both customer and associate experiences. Responsibilities include guiding new associates through the employment process and evaluating candidate strengths to ensure optimal placements. Additionally, this role involves regular interactions with both new and existing clients to foster strong relationships and engage with our talent pool to achieve our mission of connecting individuals with employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Engagement Specialist is tasked with building productive relationships with clients and temporary associates. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining awareness of current job openings and focusing efforts on fulfilling immediate staffing needs.
  • Meeting fill rate targets directly linked to completed activities.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators such as candidate volume, onboarding success, and dispatch rates.
  • Participating in recruitment activities, including job fairs and community engagement, to meet client demands.
  • Conducting client check-ins for large-scale projects as needed.
  • Managing the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to clients and associates, ensuring tracking for cost management.
  • Administering drug testing for associates based on client requirements.
  • Facilitating on-site client orientations as necessary.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on relevant software and tools.
  • Upholding company values of integrity and respect in all interactions.
  • Delivering exceptional service to both clients and associates.

Qualifications

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the staffing industry, focusing on recruitment and customer engagement.
Licenses/Certifications
  • Valid driver’s license, registered vehicle, and insurance are required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and communication for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.20 to $24.00, based on qualifications and experience.
