Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service and Office Support Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and assisting our team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
  • Utilize customer retention strategies to ensure vehicles are well-maintained at our highly-rated facility.
  • Make follow-up calls to clients to thank them for their patronage.
  • Perform daily audits of Repair Orders (RO) to verify accuracy.
  • Send personalized welcome cards to new clients.
  • Organize and maintain essential documents, including ROs and invoices.
Office Support:
  • Assist service advisors in overcoming daily operational challenges.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Support upselling of services and products when trained.
  • Prepare vehicle estimates and conduct inspections.
  • Process payments and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Occasionally serve as a shuttle driver and parts runner.
  • Conduct tours of the facility for new or potential clients.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers.
