Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service and Office Support Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and assisting our team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
- Utilize customer retention strategies to ensure vehicles are well-maintained at our highly-rated facility.
- Make follow-up calls to clients to thank them for their patronage.
- Perform daily audits of Repair Orders (RO) to verify accuracy.
- Send personalized welcome cards to new clients.
- Organize and maintain essential documents, including ROs and invoices.
- Assist service advisors in overcoming daily operational challenges.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Support upselling of services and products when trained.
- Prepare vehicle estimates and conduct inspections.
- Process payments and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Occasionally serve as a shuttle driver and parts runner.
- Conduct tours of the facility for new or potential clients.
- Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers.
