Position: Customer Service Representative

  • Ensure precise documentation of customer equipment inventory and activities
  • Foster and maintain professional communication with clients
  • Accurately log all inbound and outbound equipment transactions
  • Input repair estimates for equipment owners
  • Secure necessary approvals from equipment lessors and owners
  • Coordinate equipment surveys
  • Modify repair estimates as required
  • Update systems upon equipment repair completion
  • Prepare daily billing documentation for repaired units
  • Manage monthly storage and billing reports
  • Collaborate on scheduling with the yard supervisor
  • Prioritize equipment repairs in conjunction with the shop supervisor
  • Maintain system updates for equipment repairs and movements
