ITS ConGlobal is a prominent provider of intermodal rail terminal solutions, specializing in auto loading and unloading, as well as container depot services. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service, a diverse array of offerings, and a robust safety record. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance our operations.
Position: Customer Service Representative
- Ensure precise documentation of customer equipment inventory and related activities
- Foster and sustain professional communication with clients
- Accurately log all incoming and outgoing equipment
- Input repair estimates for equipment owners
- Secure necessary approvals from equipment lessors and owners
- Organize equipment surveys
- Modify repair estimates as required
- Update the system upon completion of equipment repairs
- Prepare daily billing documentation for repaired units
- Manage monthly storage and billing reports
- Coordinate on-hire scheduling with the yard supervisor
- Prioritize equipment repairs in collaboration with the shop supervisor
- Maintain system updates regarding equipment repairs and movements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dynamic and customer-oriented

- Consistently meets performance benchmarks
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
