Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service and Office Support Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and assisting our service advisors with their daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
- Facilitate customer satisfaction by utilizing retention strategies to ensure vehicles are serviced at our esteemed facility.
- Make follow-up calls to customers to thank them for their patronage.
- Perform daily audits of Repair Orders (RO) to verify accuracy and thoroughness.
- Send personalized welcome cards to new clients to introduce them to our services.
- Organize and maintain essential paperwork, including RO's, invoices, and financial records.
- Assist service advisors in overcoming daily operational challenges.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Support upselling of services and products when trained.
- Prepare estimates and conduct inspections for customer vehicles.
- Process payments and ensure a pleasant customer experience during checkout.
- Act as a driver for customer shuttles and parts deliveries as required.
- Conduct shop tours for potential customers.
- Send appointment reminders via text and follow up with clients.
