Job Overview

The Service Experience Representative will play a crucial role in addressing client inquiries, delivering product insights, and assisting customers with a focus on being informative, understanding, and dedicated to swiftly resolving issues. A willingness to listen, learn, and address any customer concerns is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer care and focus; adept at evaluating customer needs and providing accurate solutions, guidance, or troubleshooting for a positive service experience.
  • Handle and manage incoming communications through calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
  • Learn and adhere to all customer service protocols and guidelines.
  • Aim to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Document, organize, and maintain records of customer interactions and account modifications.
  • Possess the ability to up-sell when necessary.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments to address customer requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills across phone and various communication platforms.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Active listening skills to convey information and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Customer-oriented approach for a positive service experience and resolution.
