Client Support Specialist

The Service Experience Representative will play a crucial role in addressing client inquiries, delivering product insights, and assisting customers with a focus on being informative, understanding, and dedicated to swiftly resolving issues. A willingness to listen, learn, and address any customer concerns is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer care and focus; adept at evaluating customer needs and providing accurate solutions, guidance, or troubleshooting for a positive service experience.
- Handle and manage incoming communications through calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
- Learn and adhere to all customer service protocols and guidelines.
- Aim to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Document, organize, and maintain records of customer interactions and account modifications.
- Possess the ability to up-sell when necessary.
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments to address customer requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills across phone and various communication platforms.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Active listening skills to convey information and address inquiries or concerns.
- Customer-oriented approach for a positive service experience and resolution.
