Position Summary: The Executive Administrator for Human Resources plays a pivotal role in managing a wide array of administrative responsibilities. This position demands a high level of confidentiality and efficiency in supporting the Senior Vice President and Corporate Human Resources Officer, along with the broader HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and address the needs of the SVP, CHRO, and HR team members through proactive administrative support.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for activities within the global HR department.
  • Provide advanced technological assistance, including managing online meeting platforms and maintaining shared resources.
  • Utilize sound judgment to ensure timely communication of requests and issues, leveraging knowledge of company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Engagement Communications team to manage the distribution of global communications.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and web conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements and expense reporting for the SVP, CHRO, and team members, demonstrating flexibility for urgent situations.
  • Process invoices and provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.
  • Engage in special projects as required to support the HR function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and planning capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Broad knowledge of human resources practices and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint and web-based tools.

Work Environment: This role is primarily office-based, utilizing standard office equipment in a comfortable setting. The position may require occasional travel, estimated at 10% or less.
