The ideal candidate will operate from a designated field office and may be required to travel extensively across multiple counties, depending on workload requirements. This position necessitates a thorough understanding of:

  • Best practices in property appraisal and personal property management
  • Realty Transfer Certificates (RTC) processes
  • Mobile home ownership transfers and divisions
  • Office procedures and protocols
  • State and departmental regulations and guidelines
  • Research methodologies and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Conflict resolution and mentoring capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and various database systems
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Work Environment:
