At Risk Solutions, Inc., we take pride in delivering solutions that significantly influence our clients' capabilities to mitigate and manage risk.

This team operates within the Pacific Northwest and requires a candidate residing in the designated territory.

About the Role:
The Sales Director position is designed to provide leadership and guidance to a team of diverse sales professionals. Simultaneously, the Director will strategically position Risk Solutions, Inc. to achieve corporate objectives. The focus will be on generating new sales revenue and expanding existing business through retention and deeper market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advocating for the team's interests with internal stakeholders to secure necessary support for customer service.
- Meeting revenue goals through effective sales methodologies.
- Crafting and executing account strategies to maximize revenue growth, collaborating closely with market leaders to align strategies in respective sectors.
- Building high-value relationships at the executive level with clients.
- Demonstrating market knowledge and understanding of client organizations to guide customer decisions towards our solutions and products.
- Leading a team of sales professionals to ensure the achievement of team revenue targets. Overseeing sales activities, providing direction, and holding team members accountable for results.
- Forecasting sales, conducting business reviews, and managing expenses. Effectively nurturing internal and external relationships to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Over 7 years of proven successful sales experience in solutions-driven sales environments.
- At least 5 years of prior management experience, specifically managing outside sales teams.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and managing performance.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to sell complex products to new customer prospects.
