Overview: As the Vice President of Amazon at Identified Talent Solutions, you will spearhead all 1P and Vendor Central activities for a dynamic global consumer products organization. Your leadership will be crucial in formulating strategies that enhance sales performance, profitability, and brand presence on the Amazon marketplace, significantly influencing the company's expansion.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting sales, profitability, and market penetration on Amazon.
  • Manage 1P and Vendor Central operations, including product listings, pricing tactics, inventory oversight, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate sales metrics and market dynamics to uncover potential growth avenues.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with Amazon stakeholders to facilitate impactful initiatives.
  • Remain informed about Amazon's policies and best practices to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Guide and nurture a skilled team of Amazon specialists to achieve collective success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon sales and account management.
  • Proven success in enhancing sales and profitability within the consumer products sector.
  • Experience managing both 1P and Vendor Central operations on Amazon.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated leadership abilities.
