Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium product lines within key retail partnerships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your sales, account management, and communication skills while advancing your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales and service to customers while showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  • Support and execute strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with store personnel and management to build strong relationships.
  • Analyze weekly sales and monthly results to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
  • Engage in the TTI Training Program and apply acquired skills to achieve results.
  • Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store staff and customers.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, store visits, trade shows, and more.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the marketplace, including users, applications, products, competition, and channels.
  • Ensure optimal product presentation through effective merchandising and positioning.
  • Manage inventory levels to guarantee product availability for sales.
  • Participate in merchandising resets and installations to enhance brand visibility in stores.
  • Engage directly with customers in the retail environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and a minimum of one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle report screenings.
  • Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
  • Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work full-time in a retail setting.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Non-exempt position (eligible for overtime).
  • Starting hourly wage between $24.04 and $25.96, with a target annual salary of $50,000 - $54,000.
  • Opportunities for sales contests and incentives to earn additional income.
  • Monthly vehicle allowance of $400, totaling $4,800 annually.
