About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Provider Relations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to engage with healthcare professionals and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and managed care organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Vice-President of Marketing and Provider Relations to develop and implement the strategic marketing plan.
  • Evaluate and monitor referrals, admissions, and length of stay history to inform marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Represent the agency at community and professional meetings, and serve as a liaison to groups and organizations.
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance/Utilization Review process and provide input on quality concerns and service needs.
  • Assist in planning and implementing educational programming and events for healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and community relations principles and practices.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct marketing and outreach programs and activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
