Sales Engineer for Automation Solutions

MBS Pro Staffing is in search of a talented Sales Engineer specializing in Automation to enhance our operations. This is an excellent full-time position for professionals eager to contribute to a forward-thinking and innovative company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners across diverse sectors including Aerospace, Agriculture, Automotive, Construction, Energy, Firearms, Medical, and Military/Defense.
- Work alongside the sales team to cultivate strong relationships with both prospective and current clients.
- Drive sales initiatives in automation, increasing market presence and profitability.
- Partner with Automation Engineers to design and market effective automation solutions.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal application uses.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales advice.
- Advocate for value-added products and services.
- Assist in the formulation of sales forecasts and strategic plans.
- Travel to engage with clients and participate in industry exhibitions.
- Coordinate with marketing on product launches, promotional activities, and brand recognition.
- Provide training on automation offerings and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel across the United States and Canada.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to comprehend client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with company offerings, services, and market trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
