Your Role
We are currently seeking a Logistics Materials Specialist to support our operations. Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the management of product flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the distribution of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for shipments.
  • Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area.
  • Keep accurate records of all shipments to and from the warehouse.
  • Reconcile shipping documents with actual deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance of received goods with approved orders and documentation.
  • Manage the automated inventory system to align physical stock with digital records.
  • Complete all required legal and procedural documentation for shipping and receiving goods.
