Symmetrio is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead sales activities in the Western US territory. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the existing customer base for our client, a multi-national medical device company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the capital sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The role requires a high level of autonomy, with a focus on developing and executing targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities. The role involves sales presentations, generating quotes and proposals, and attending relevant trade shows. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Travel is expected to be 35% of the time, with the majority of time spent in the Western US territory. The compensation package includes a base salary of $120,000, with uncapped commissions and a total OTE of $250,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Activities: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand the existing customer base.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Act as a lead sales person for assigned products, managing the selling process with fellow team members.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Maintain regular and meaningful contact with customers, potential customers, and leads to develop after-sales opportunities and identify new prospects.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively with marketing, sales, and other departments to drive sales growth and expand the existing customer base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In direct medical capital sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and adaptability.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Travel: 35% of the time, with the majority of time spent in the Western US territory.
