Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales teams in Northern California, driving productivity and census growth, and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed predetermined sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve high levels of productivity and census growth
- Conduct regular site visits to assess sales processes and provide coaching and training to sales staff
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with regional and local leadership to recruit, select, and onboard sales talent
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive sales reports and analytics
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Five years of sales experience in a dynamic environment, with senior living experience a plus
- At least three years of experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
