About the Job

**Director of Business Development, Listings**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Vets Hired. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the listings market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business and drive revenue growth in the listings market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including homebuilders and developers.
  • Generate high-quality leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Travel to industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong understanding of the listings market and the needs of homebuilders and developers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
