Technical Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $29/hour
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AA2IT. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with our Client customers. Your main objective will be to effectively communicate solutions related to proper maintenance of equipment, repairs, and management of parts orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain business relationships with Client customers
- Effectively communicate solutions related to equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts orders
- Make follow-up calls to help customers through the maintenance/repair process to reduce downtime
- Handle assembly of specific equipment and manage inventory
- Report to the Functional Solutions Manager
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- High School Degree; Associates Degree Preferred
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on training with the Functional Solutions Manager
- A competitive pay rate of $29/hour
