Microelectronics Assembler/Inspector Job Description

Midwest Microwave Solutions Inc, a leading manufacturer of innovative RF turner and RF digitizer products, is seeking a skilled Microelectronics Assembler to join its team in Hiawatha, IA.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday day shift position that involves building, soldering, and repairing fine pitch, high-density electronic assemblies for aerospace communication systems in accordance with specifications and contract guidelines.

Responsibilities include providing production support, inspecting incoming PCB assemblies, and reading, interpreting, and following documents such as assembly instructions, circuit schematics, quality guidelines, and verbal instructions.

As a Microelectronics Assembler, you will be part of a collaborative company environment that values high-quality tech design and manufacturing goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of assembly experience in a laboratory environment
  • Previous soldering experience
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics
