Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Climate Engineers. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the coordination of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in estimating and pre-qualification documentation
• Support the Project Managers and Estimators
• Maintain tracking of construction documents such as submittals, RFI, ITC, COR, CO, etc.
• Assist in project kick-off meetings and end of project meetings with all members of the project team
• Maintain project schedules such as progress, milestones, and anticipated delays
• Track progress and identify issues relating to project schedules
• Assist in conflict resolutions as needed
• Assist field personnel with project documentation such as plans, specifications, and submittals
• Develop additional reports as directed
• Monitor arrival of materials and schedule deliveries

Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher (preferred, not required)
• Construction background, 1-3 years (preferred, not required)
• Estimating, 1 year (preferred, not required)
• Ability and willingness to travel to other branch locations and jobsites (minimal)
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner; demonstrate strong written, oral, listening, and presentation skills to confidently interact and coordinate both technical and non-technical issues with the internal project team, vendors, and contractors
