  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent by utilizing social media, direct sourcing, internet sourcing, various online job boards, and resume database searching.
  • Promote Iridium as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Regularly monitor and update job postings and candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Establish and nurture collaborative relationships and networking opportunities with candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, educational representatives, community organizations, and third-party vendors.

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on Engineering and Technical recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sourcing objectives to fill positions.
  • Proven ability to source and pipeline passive candidates, particularly in highly sought-after and niche skill sets.
  • Established track record of building and maintaining partnerships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Strong familiarity with web-based recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Confidence in building relationships with leadership and colleagues across the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of understanding complex situations and making informed decisions.
