Position Summary:

The Senior Technology Talent Acquisition Leader is a pivotal role within the Global Recruiting Organization (GER), reporting directly to the Director of Executive Recruiting.

This position is tasked with forging robust partnerships with our senior executive leaders and senior talent consultants, ensuring alignment with current and future executive hiring needs, particularly within the Technology sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire and capability to enhance the executive hiring experience by transforming organizational skill requirements and market insights into effective search strategies that attract the right talent at the right moment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and manage relationships with senior leadership to devise search strategies that align with business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior talent consultants to foster in-depth discussions about talent, informing hiring strategies that support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Produce executive recruitment materials, including search presentations, job specifications, candidate profiles, and communication for stakeholders and candidates.
  • Build and maintain external and internal talent networks, gaining a comprehensive understanding of talent dynamics.
  • Utilize technology effectively to manage talent pipelines and ensure data integrity.
  • Exhibit exceptional facilitation skills in consulting with the business, adeptly navigating challenging situations with executive acumen and decisiveness.
  • Promote simplicity in all processes.

  • Operational Excellence: Leverage technology and analytics to enhance the experience for both customers and candidates, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Results Driven: Demonstrate a competitive spirit, challenging the status quo and setting ambitious goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience focused on executive hiring in technology.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Work Environment:

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
