We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Campus Recruiter to join our team at Spot Freight Inc. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for executing our campus recruiting strategy, building personal relationships with campus career services teams, and developing creative sourcing and campus recruiting strategies to supplement our early career sales talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development
- Utilize various resources, including applicant tracking systems and social media, to source high-quality candidates and build talent pools.
- Research, evaluate, and connect with active and passive candidates to identify top talent.
- Campus Engagement and Employer Branding
- Build and maintain relationships with campus career services teams, student groups, and academic leaders to develop our employer brand presence and support long-term growth strategy.
- Leverage our employment brand to promote our company culture and values.
- Event Planning and Execution
- Plan, organize, and lead on-site and virtual campus events to engage with prospective candidates and promote our company.
- Performance Measurement and Analysis
- Help measure the success of our campus recruiting program and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Previous campus recruitment experience highly preferred.
- Strong sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to succeed with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changes in scope or direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively with other team members and high-level management.
- Ability to enthusiastically promote our company to potential employees.
- Ability to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season.
